Deposits are required to secure all appointments. The amount that is required to secure an appointment depends on the type of booking.

Upon booking your appointment, it is your responsibility to let me know of any allergies or sensitivities to specific products or their ingredients i.e. latex.

Should you have any reactions to products used during the appointment for the first time, please notify me so the appropriate action can be pursued.

If you no longer need your appointment with myself, 72 hours notice is required to c ancel your appointment free of charge, 48 hours notice requires 50% of the remaining balance will be owed, 24 hours notice and no shows requires the full remaining balance will be owed. failure to do so will result in no further bookings with myself until the balance has been paid.
